Chesapeake CPA Tutor Katy B. is a Virginia State Certified Public Accountant with a Masters in Taxation from the University of Virginia. Katy also has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia, School of Commerce.

Katy started her career in the tax department at BDO and transitioned to a smaller public accounting firm to perform tax, audit, and financial planning work. She enjoys working with students and encouraging them to get the CPA certification.

In her free time, Katy enjoys fishing, playing tennis, and working in her garden.
