Joe Lemonik earned his BA from Columbia University in Economics and Music Composition, he is proud to say.  Born in New York, he has lived and traveled in Central America and Europe. He is a professional painter, maintains a poetry blog, and hopes to attend a Masters program in Songwriting at NYU next fall.

Experience has taught him that the best way to reach students and improve their scores is to harness their curiosity and natural powers of creativity by joining them on their journey to greater understanding and more effective problem-solving skills.

His hobbies include playing team sports, especially softball and soccer, and doing improv comedy.
