Jase is patient. He enjoys getting to know his students and helping them find their hidden strengths. He helps students understand the content of the exam and learn strategies to address common challenges like procrastination or exam jitters.

He was previously a public school teacher in NYC. His favorite course to teach was advisory, where he was able to help students learn social, academic, and emotional skills.

As a social worker, he provided crisis counseling for survivors of violence and task supervision for social work interns. He completed his thesis on the therapeutic benefits of community organizing for LGBTQ survivors of violence.

Jase loves the summer! He has been a camp counselor at overnight camps on both the West and East Coasts. He was also recently a Camp Director. Right now he is focused on supporting students through individualized tutoring, starting up his own non-profit, and growing his family. He and his husband are expecting a son in the spring!

In his spare time, Jase enjoys skiing, hiking, and going to museums.
