Lives in Boston, MA, USA
Hitomi studied nutrition in undergrad and then completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) at Boston University in 2015, with a focus on Maternal and Child health. After graduating, she worked at the Boston Public Health Commission and sharpened her interest in serving the community, specifically mothers and women. She now works as a Co-Leader for the Community Engagement Team of the City of Cambridge.
In her free time, Hitomi loves to learn new things (especially new recipes) and travel the world. Locally, she explores the many wonders of New England– such as New Hampshire’s White Mountains. She’s keen on exercise and practicing healthy lifestyle choices so that she can help advise the community on how to do the same.
