The SAT Math questions are divided into two types of questions:

The Student-Produced Response (SPR) will entail questions that are to be answered on a grid provided in the answer sheet. Students are expected to solve the problem, then fill in the answers in the grids. Unlike the other questions in this section, students are not penalized for answering the SPR questions incorrectly. Please read the directions carefully, as all answered must be input in the correct format or else they will not be considered.
Calculator usage is permitted on the Math section. You may not have your calculator present for the other sections of the test. To learn about the calculator policy, click here.
