Each question provides a short argument pertaining to a wide variety of subject material drawn from magazines, newspapers, etc. Each passage reflects logical reasoning and the complexity of the argument provided. After reading and comprehending the passage, the student must answer one or two questions relevant to that passage, which measures the student’s capability to employ legal reasoning.
