**Please note: The paper-based GRE® revised General Test is offered three times a year, though it is not offered in areas where computer-delivered testing is available.**

Computer-based GRE revised General Test

  • Prometric test centers offer computer-based GRE revised General Test year-round and on specific dates at additional locations outside of the Prometric network.
  • Before you choose your GRE test date, make sure your scores will be reported in time for your application deadlines. Score reports will be sent to your designated score recipients approximately 10-15 days after testing.
  • You can take the GRE once every 21 days, up to five times per year.
